Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Business Development Associate in Glassboro, NJ to support a team of Business Development Officers in identifying, marketing, and selling loan products to small businesses and regional commercial clients.

You will assist in deal analysis, credit documentation, and closing processes while coordinating with internal bank partners to grow new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Banking/finance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Business Development Officers to identify, market, and sell loan products to small business and regional commercial customers.
• Provide sales, deal analysis, and process support for loan applications.
• Assist in preparing narratives, workbooks, and documentation for credit submissions.
• Help close loans by analyzing and monitoring less complex cases.
• Conduct marketing calls and collect financial information to aid credit decisions.
