Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a part-time front-line associate at our Princeton, New Jersey location. You will greet clients, process everyday banking transactions, and identify opportunities to refer clients to partners to meet their financial goals.

You will educate customers on digital tools, respond to routine requests with clear guidance, and escalate complex issues per policy while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with 1 year of client service experience.
• Experience can include volunteering, education, or military service in a client-facing role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, greeting visitors and guiding traffic at the location.
• Delivers accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships with needs discovery.
• Educates clients on products and self-serve options using available tools and resources.
• Identifies client problems and resolves routine requests with standard procedures.
• Escalates non-standard issues per internal policies and procedures.
