Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience interacting with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through basic banking needs and referrals to specialists.
• Process everyday banking transactions and support account openings/maintenance.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital tools to enhance convenience.
• Proactively engage clients and deepen relationships by identifying needs and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with TD's risk and regulatory standards.
