Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity (volunteering, education, military) preferred.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred; complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training on hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with concise, clear and consistent messaging.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills; ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently and within deadlines; sound judgment in decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location, including processing customer transactions and opening new accounts.
• Provides end-to-end advisory support and educational content to help customers understand TD products and services.
• Engages customers through lead management activities and scheduling appointments.
• Identifies customer financial needs and promotes TD products and services or refers to the appropriate specialist.
• Serves customers on teller line or platform, handling deposits, withdrawals, and basic account servicing.
• Ensures compliance with policy, procedures and regulatory requirements; supports risk management efforts.
