Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate to accurately process everyday banking transactions, open new accounts, and educate customers on TD products and services. The role focuses on delivering TD’s Brand promise at a store location while building trust and providing consultative support.

You will engage customers, manage self-generated and partner referrals, and ensure a positive customer experience while complying with governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience with customers (volunteering, education, or military acceptable).
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Teller training and platform training on hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and open new accounts.
• Provide advice and education on TD products and services.
• Develop relationships and referrals through lead management.
• Service customers on teller line and platform accounts, including deposits and card issues.
• Ensure compliance with policy, procedures and training.
