Job summary

TD Bank in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Banking Associate to perform everyday banking transactions and educate customers on TD products and services. The role delivers TD’s Brand promise at the store location, building trust with educational content and proactive guidance.

You will provide consultative support, identify customer financial needs, and help customers achieve their financial goals while adhering to TD policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity and can be demonstrated through volunteering, education, military experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Required to complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of tasks across a Store location including processing customer transactions and education on banking products.
• Delivers end-to-end advice with educational content, consultative support, and proactive insights.
• Uses TD systems to engage with customers and deepen relationships.
• Identifies customer financial needs and promotes TD products and services.
• Completes everyday banking transactions on teller or platform and educates on products and services.
