Job summary

Citizens Bankers at Citizens Bank are the face of the branch, helping customers with tailored financial solutions and building lasting relationships. You’ll engage customers, provide trusted advice, and introduce digital tools for banking via our app and ATMs.

We’re seeking a people person with strong communication and problem-solving skills, willing to work 40 hours a week, including weekends or evenings, and to meet SAFE Act requirements. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs
• Introduce customers to digital/mobile banking and ATM usage
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
