Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking teller experience for CSR III with knowledge of banking regulations.
• 3+ years of banking teller experience for Senior CSR III with advanced banking compliance knowledge and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Assist clients with checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts.
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.
• Process teller transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Generate new business and referral opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA.
• Support branch operations and customer retention efforts.

What You'll Do
