Qualifications

Job Summary

Depending on experience, this position may align with a Client Service Representative II, Client Service Representative III, or Senior Client Service Representative level. You will support consumer and business banking clients, recommend appropriate financial products, process account transactions, and help strengthen long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $20 to $28.60 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Open and support consumer and business deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and trust or estate accounts when applicable.
• Process new account transactions, teller transactions, account maintenance, and account closing activities.
• Support client relationship growth through consultative service, cross-selling, referrals, and branch business development efforts.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, documentation standards, confidentiality requirements, and internal procedures.
• 1 to 3 or more years of banking teller experience, depending on placement level.
• Experience opening consumer accounts is required.
• Experience opening basic or complex business accounts is required for higher-level CSR III or Senior CSR consideration.
• Strong customer relations skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees, and business partners.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act, information security, account titling, and required documentation.

• Ability to maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude while resolving client issues with tact and diplomacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred for Senior Client Service Representative consideration.
• Experience supporting complex business accounts, trust and estate accounts, and treasury-related services is preferred for senior-level placement.
• Experience with RDC, check scanner services, armored service, courier service, overdraft reporting, returned items, callbacks, or currency transaction reporting is helpful.
• A strong interest in community involvement and participation in CRA volunteer activities is preferred.
