Qualifications

• 1+ year of banking teller experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience opening consumer accounts (CSR II).
• 2+ years of teller experience; opening consumer and business accounts (CSR III).
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance (CSR III).
• 3+ years of teller experience; opening complex accounts (Senior CSR III).
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts.
• Assist clients with checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trust & Estate accounts.
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.
• Process teller transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Generate new business and referral opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, including BSA.
• Support branch operations and customer retention efforts.
