Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is hiring a Teller to serve as the frontline representative in our branch network. You will handle routine transactions, verify customer identities, and support customers with everyday needs.

You will educate customers on digital banking tools, collaborate with team members, and ensure accuracy and security in all operations while contributing to a positive branch experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of funds.
• Provide accurate, friendly service and educate customers on digital tools.
• Refer customers to appropriate team members for additional services.
• Support lobby management and answer telephone inquiries promptly.
• Adhere to security, cash handling, and regulatory requirements.
