Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Complete internal teller and product training.
• Attend 5–7 day initial training; travel expenses covered by company.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing).
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security protocols.
• Assist customers with inquiries and use digital banking tools.
• Guide customers to appropriate team members for additional services.
• Support lobby management and respond to calls professionally.
