Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) through its Community Bank, N.A. unit, seeks a Teller to deliver welcoming, accurate banking services in a busy branch.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with identity verification, maintain cash accuracy, and support customers with routine needs. You will educate customers on digital tools, refer to specialists as needed, and uphold security, compliance, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to travel for initial training as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification.
• Balance cash drawer within established guidelines.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer customers to branch specialists for complex needs.
• Support lobby management and guide customers to appropriate staff.
• Assist with inquiries and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
• Support internal audits, reviews, and regulatory requests as needed.
