Formación

• Education: High school diploma, or GED.
• 6+ Months Cash Handling experience required.
• 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate concerns of risk to appropriate channels.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with banking needs and process transactions.
• Handle cash and maintain cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Refer product solutions and cross-sell bank products.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Support custodianship, audits and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with nearby branches when needed.
