Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs

• Maintain cash drawer and ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and procedures
• Identify customer needs and promote bank products and services
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily reports
• Follow security procedures to prevent fraud and theft
