Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and contribute to sales goals.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues; refer complex requests.
• Greet customers and take ownership to resolve concerns.
• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in vault/ATM procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Follow security, risk, and operational procedures.
• Assist with branch opening/closing as needed.
• Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Navigate Microsoft Office and department software.
