Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Willingness to attend a 5–7 day training program; travel expenses covered by company.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain cash drawer balance and verify funds.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing; verify identity.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Direct complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
• Support lobby operations and guide customers to the right service area.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally and assist as needed.
