Peoples Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller in Ohio. You will open deposits, process complex transactions, sell bank products, and help customers with maintenance requests while meeting branch goals.

You will build relationships, refer clients to business partners, and handle sales calls to reach referral targets, all while ensuring accurate, confidential handling of customer information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year related work experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and quick learner of job-specific software.

Responsabilités

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, know account ownership, respond quickly to inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer business information.
• Process deposits, verify amounts, and examine checks for endorsement and negotiability.
• Research and offer solutions to resolve customer issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer to platform associates, meeting referral goals.
• Make sales calls to clients to meet branch calling goals and record activities in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed sales referral goals and maintain knowledge of the full product line.
• Maintain balancing and error records and fix outages; follow security and risk procedures.
• Complete required training for bank policies; meet scheduled hours as designated by manager.
• Adhere to branch dress code and perform special projects as assigned.
