Qualifications

• Two to five years general and specialized experience.
• Retail banking training including CSR and RSA training programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a customer service window with bank policies, processing a variety of transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and assist in ATM settlement where applicable.
• Profile customers to determine banking needs and propose S&T loan and deposit products.
• Complete loan applications using LOS software and coordinate documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve problems.
• Perform follow-up calls and participate in branch sales campaigns to build relationships.
