Ameris Bank is seeking a Teller to provide prompt customer service, handle teller transactions, and support sales efforts in the Savannah branch. You will cross-sell banking products, assist customers with complex transactions, and help maintain accurate cash totals.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, accurate transactions, and teamwork within the branch, with opportunities to refer customers to bank products as needed.

Competenze

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including researching cash discrepancies.
• Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals and ensure currency/coin adequacy.
• Identify customer needs, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and referrals within the branch.
