Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
• Successful Teller training program completion.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, professional customer service.
• Operate teller drawer and perform advanced teller functions.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals.
• Balance cash and verify totals daily.
• Support branch team and mentor colleagues as needed.
