Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of cash handling or teller experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers.
• Operate teller drawer and perform advanced teller functions.
• Identify customer needs and make referrals within the branch.
• Balance cash and verify totals; assist with complex transactions.
• Provide backup support to other branches as needed.
