Job summary
Citizens Bank is seeking a Teller in Sterling Heights, MI to welcome customers, guide them through mobile app and ATM use, and provide personalized financial solutions. Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers
- Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to enhance and develop a long-term customer relationship
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support branch goals
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the lobby and demonstrate how to use mobile app or ATMs
- Provide personalized advice and solutions to help customers meet financial goals
- Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits and answer questions
- Follow all financial policies, procedures, and cash handling rules
