In this role you will engage customers by name, identify their needs, offer suitable solutions, handle cash, and comply with bank policies to minimize fraud. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualificações

• Frontline customer service experience is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.

• Facilitate an excellent customer experience, engaging customers by name, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build and foster customer relationships by proactively identifying needs and offering solutions.
• Knowledge of and ability to provide products and services available through the retail banking branch.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling.
• Comply with all policies and procedures to minimize the risk of fraud.
