Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures and stay updated on changes.
• Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally and escalate when needed.
• Identify customer needs and refer to Bankers and partners for appropriate solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
