Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a teller to join our retail network team in Wellsboro. You will welcome customers, process transactions, and resolve problems while educating customers about bank services.

You will balance drawers, support office meetings, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. This role requires friendly, reliable service and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in daily office tasks.
• Promote Northwest products and refer customers when appropriate.
• Comply with security, risk, and operational procedures.
