Job summary

Central Bank of the Ozarks is seeking a full-time Teller at the Springfield Main location. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and related cash transactions while delivering courteous service.

The role requires accuracy, math skills, and compliance with BSA and regulatory requirements. You will balance cash drawers, assist customers, and support sales goals.

Work hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; on-site position with standard 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cash handling or customer service preferred.
• Accurate counting, basic math and computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily deposit services including deposits, withdrawals, holds and transfers.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers, and process vault transactions as needed.
• Ensure Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Deliver exemplary customer service in person and by phone.
• Cross-sell bank products and record-keeping accurately.
