Qualifications

• Acquire and apply working knowledge of bank products and services; follow Bank Code of Conduct and regulations with integrity.
• Possess strong mathematical skills.
• Read and write well enough to communicate in both oral and written form.
• Remain flexible to withstand unpredictable changes to workflow and schedules.
• Interact and communicate effectively with various types of external and internal customers.
• Maintain a customer-focused, friendly and polite attitude while remaining calm and professional.
• Present a conservative, neat and professional appearance in dress and action.
• Stand at teller station and lift/carry up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process in person retail and commercial customer transactions.
• Process transactions and tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Remain compliant with regulations and bank security program requirements.
• Promotes the bank and is able to explain all types of products/services.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
• Show the ability to solve problems creatively.
• Willing to perform other job duties as assigned or required.
