Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Customer Services Representative to deliver best-in-class client experience, handle teller transactions, and promote bank products and services.

You will greet clients, open accounts, process transactions, balance cash daily, and collaborate with other lines of business to identify client needs. Strong communication and accuracy are essential; prior cash handling and service experience is preferred; this role reports to branch leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of client service or teller experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank to clients in person, by phone, or by email.
• Greet clients and provide exceptional service.
• Open new business and consumer accounts and explain products.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Process transactions including loan payments and transfers.
• Perform teller duties and balance cash each day.
• Identify referral opportunities to support branch goals.
• Adhere to applicable laws and Bank policies.
• Learn and adapt to changing digital channels.
