Job summary

TD Bank is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Framingham, MA to lead a team delivering exceptional service, sales, and daily operations in a busy retail branch. You will guide tellers and staff to meet metrics, protect customers, and ensure compliance while delivering TD’s convenient, advisory banking model.

You’ll coach teams, develop customer relationships, manage daily workloads, and drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active NMLS registration to engage with customers about loan products.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives and customer experience goals.
• Provides day-to-day leadership to ensure compliant, efficient delivery of service and advice.
• Oversees complex sales activities involving multiple systems and partner influence.
• Delivers end-to-end financial guidance with proactive product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Drives customer engagement and referrals to support business growth.
• Maintains knowledge of local market and competitive offers to support advice.
