Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years experience developing systems and performing reporting and analysis required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical solutions for business needs.
• Collect data and update systems information via input or uploads.
• Assist with systems projects and testing as requested.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Document requirements and translate into specifications for systems.
• Provide support and recommendations to business teams resolving technical problems.
• Monitor systems and databases for functionality and availability; troubleshoot user inquiries.
• Assist with system projects such as test scripts, testing, validation and implementation.
