Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of wire transfers and ACH processes.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with Jack Henry software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Schedule and train employees in wire functions and meet deadlines.
• Understand Reserve Requirements and correspondent bank analysis.
• Submit wire transfers via DirectLine and notify customers.
• Process incoming wires and respond to customer instructions.
• Apply NACHA rules to all ACH transactions.
• Process ACH disputes, returns, prenotes, and OFAC checks.
• Process outgoing ACH payments for the bank.
• Monitor ACH credits and detect potential fraud.
• Exercise good judgment per bank policies and procedures.
• Cross-train to support other areas as needed.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Review documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain confidential records and reports.
• Prepare and reconcile external accounts for liquidity and earnings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
