Associated Bank is seeking a Bank Manager to lead a dynamic branch team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales goals, and build strong relationships with customers and the local community.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years in sales leadership, and an associate degree or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. You will help recruit and develop staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent, plus sales leadership and supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of goals-based sales experience is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in banking or financial services is required.
