Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of goals-based sales experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch colleagues to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members reflecting values and service commitment.
• Establish clear branch goals and action plans to meet or exceed performance targets.
• Champion change and foster an inclusive, positive work environment encouraging collaboration.
• Represent the bank through community involvement and diversity initiatives.
