Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Director of Bank Lending Experience & Delivery to own the end-to-end lending product experience across PAL, SAL, Mortgage, and HELOC. You will align business, product, and technology teams to deliver a unified roadmap with prioritized outcomes and regulatory rigor.

The role requires deep lending domain knowledge, executive collaboration, and a track record of delivering complex, compliant banking solutions in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services (banking, lending, or integrated platforms).
• Deep expertise in lending and banking experiences with risk/regulatory awareness.
• Proven people leadership, building high-performing teams (~5+).
• Experience owning and managing a multi-product roadmap across domains.

Responsibilities

• Hold shared ownership of the Bank Lending product experience with PAL, SAL, Home Lending.
• Own and coordinate a unified Bank Lending product roadmap across multiple products.
• Lead planning and execution readiness for lending solutions and PI planning activities.
• Partner with the PO group to manage product backlogs and coordinate with Bank Technology.
