Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Banking & Trust Services Sales team to drive pipeline growth and adoption of lending solutions. You will partner with BDOs, manage Salesforce-based pipeline visibility, and educate internal partners to optimize client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in financial services, strong relationship skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with BDOs to drive pipeline growth and opportunity management.
• Own pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM (Salesforce) updates.
• Support lead intake, follow-up, and conversion efforts.
• Provide visibility into pipeline health and proactively identify gaps and opportunities.
• Deliver training, education, and best practices to internal partners.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure a high-quality client experience.
