Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Business Development Manager within Banking & Trust Services Sales to accelerate adoption of lending solutions and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will partner with Business Development Officers to drive pipeline growth, manage opportunities, and provide product education to advisors and clients.

The role emphasizes sales enablement, pipeline execution, and collaboration across BTS and Investor Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth and opportunity management with BDOs.
• Own pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM updates (Salesforce).
• Support lead intake, follow-up, and conversion efforts.
• Deliver training and best practices to internal partners.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and sales processes.
• Own pipeline visibility and reporting across BTS/IS teams.
