Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with BDOs to drive pipeline growth and opportunity management.
• Own pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM updates (Salesforce).
• Support lead intake, follow-up, and conversion efforts.
• Deliver lending guidance and product education to advisors, branch partners, and clients.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, lending platforms, and sales processes.
