• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community, delivering world class customer service.
• Operate teller window (inside or drive-through) providing paying and receiving transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of available products and services to answer customer inquiries.
• Balance cash items and reconcile teller over/short reports following cash control policies.
• Answer the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the branch team to meet or exceed goals.
