Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive compliance experience in a community bank or retail depository institution.
• Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Regulation DD, and CRA standards.
• Proficiency with core banking software, AML monitoring systems, Excel, and document management applications.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory compliance monitoring across depository and retail operations to ensure regulatory adherence.
• BSA/AML program management, including CTRs, SARs, and CDD/beneficial ownership protocols.
• Coordinate FDIC and state examinations; gather records and track corrective actions.
• Maintain and update compliance manuals, guidelines, and internal controls.
• Review advertising materials and disclosures for Truth in Savings and related rules.
• Deliver compliance training to branch staff, loan officers, and customer service teams.
• Monitor consumer complaints and drive timely remediation.
