American Momentum Bank is seeking a dedicated Compliance professional to support the Chief Compliance Officer in developing and administering the bank's Compliance Management Program. You will monitor federal and state regulations, determine impacts, and help implement new and revised laws and regulations across the organization.

The role includes training staff on compliance matters, assisting with HMDA/CRA activities, and delivering clear analyses and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of compliance experience in banking preferred.
• CRCM certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in developing, administering, and monitoring the Compliance Management Program.
• Monitor and interpret federal and state banking regulations; implement updates and train staff.
