Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Bank Branch Manager in Pukalani, HI for a full-time on-site leadership role. You will drive business development, oversee service delivery, and manage branch operations from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotational Saturdays.

Requirements include at least 3 years in retail or financial services, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver's license; MLO registration within 60 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in retail sales or financial services.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration through NMLS within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development.
• Manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement using digital tools and CRM platforms.
• Assist with branch operations management and daily oversight.
• Handle sales pipeline management and business development.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting.
