Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' Universal Banker experience or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory ability and ability to build rapport with teams.
• Ability to achieve sales, service and soundness goals.
• Knowledge of Bank Services and Sales Program.
• Knowledge of Teller and Platform PC applications and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Good judgement and independent decision-making required to manage the branch.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues by interacting with customers, investigating complaints, and correcting errors.
• Delegate tasks and develop cross-functional skills of subordinates.
• Monitor work production for accuracy and identify trends and training needs.
• Review and authorize monetary transactions exceeding subordinate limits.
• Guide subordinates on non-routine transactions through procedures.
• Lead cross-sales and conduct sales meetings to drive performance.
• Disseminate information to staff by oral and written communication.
• Ensure staffing levels and monitor schedules for the branch.
• Review daily prints to prevent losses and monitor suspicious activity per policy.
• Identify currency transaction reports and monitor AML-related activity.
• Place cash orders based on daily cash position and shipments.
• Assist in ATM deposits and adjust holds per Regulation CC.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain inventory accounting.
• Maintain dual controls and security procedures.
• Ensure ATM cash flow and accurate balancing.
• Review and settle in-clearing checks per Regulation CC.
• Assist Branch Manager with monthly reports and reconciliations.
• Provide Universal Banker coverage when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
