The role demands a leader who can enhance profitability while maintaining the highest operational standards. Responsibilities include managing the district's P&L, mentoring General Managers, and ensuring each location is ready for peak performance.

Experience in multi-unit leadership within the QSR or Fast-Casual sector is essential. Additionally, a deep understanding of the Baltimore market and a passion for team development are critical. This position comes with a competitive salary of $60,000 – $65,000 plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or Fast-Casual environments.
• Ability to translate P&L data into actionable coaching for your GMs.
• A strong passion for coaching and leading teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Bottom Line: Manage district P&L and implement profit-boosting strategies.
• Develop the 'Bench': Recruit, mentor, and retain General Managers.
• Ensure operational excellence with food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work with ownership to identify marketing and operational improvements.
