Job summary

The Boston Beer Company is hiring a Brewery Representative to drive sales across our portfolio in the Montgomery County/DC area. You will visit accounts, build displays, and increase product visibility while meeting customers and educating staff.

We value a results-driven approach, 1+ year outside sales experience, and a driver’s license. The role requires travel within the territory and may include weekends, with a salary range that reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or food & beverage experience.
• Assertive, confident personality with competitive spirit.
• Valid driver's license with insured vehicle and ability to travel to accounts.
• Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell the BBC product portfolio across bars, restaurants, and retailers.
• Focus on expanding product lines and improving in-store visibility.
• Identify major accounts not currently selling BBC and establish business plans.
• Collaborate with distributors to ensure orders are placed and products reach accounts.
• Conduct tastings, staff education, and evening promotions to drive sales.
