Aufgaben

• Sell tickets for events at BayCare Ballpark using a computer-based sales system (ProVenue).
• Assist in daily Ticket Office operations: mailings, phone calls, filing orders, and other duties.
• Help resolve customer ticketing issues.
• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Perform administrative or clerical tasks and program-related activities as needed.
• Carry out miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
