Job summary

Philadelphia Phillies is seeking part-time staff to support Marketing Events & Entertainment at the ballpark. You will engage fans at attractions and kiosks, support marketing events, and assist with activations. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have strong customer service skills, comfort with large crowds, and the ability to interact with children. A background check and proper clearances are required. Must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with large crowds.
• Energetic and motivated with professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact with children.
• Clearance including child abuse, FBI fingerprinting, and background check required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work 40 home games, plus weekends.
• Available for nights, weekends, holidays, and some non-game events.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety at The Yard, including fan attractions.
• Promoting a positive fan experience by interacting with fans around the ballpark.
• Assisting the Events Department with promotional events as needed.
• Assist with sponsor and marketing activations.
• Staffing Phillies kiosks during home games.
• All other duties as assigned.
