Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to keep bakery operations running safely and efficiently.

You will rotate through multiple areas of the facility, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and apply a technical mindset to continually improve equipment reliability. The role requires climbing ladders up to 20 feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and familiarity with electrical welding, gas welding, pipe fittings, and SAP for parts checkout and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification a plus.
• 1+ years of technician experience in maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical welding, gas welding, and pipe fittings helpful.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage in maintenance tasks.
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components for wear.
• Rebuild drive components like clutches and brakes.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow company policies.
