Qualifications

• Five years of paid work experience in Culinary/Baking and Pastry in the past seven years.
• Commitment to excellence and professionalism in classroom and community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans for classroom instruction.
• Develop program syllabi, goals and objectives.
• Evaluate student progress toward goals and objectives.
• Maintain program certification requirements.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and admin reports.
• Attend staff development trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Ensure safety and security requirements in the training area.
• Meet with students, staff and educators to discuss instructional programs.
• Manage and submit purchase requests and maintain supplies.
