The Culinary Institute of the South at Technical College of the Lowcountry is seeking a part time adjunct Culinary instructor to teach our Culinary Arts curriculum.
This individual will be responsible for preparing lesson plans for classroom instruction and developing the program syllabi and semester schedule, evaluating student\'s progress in attaining goals and objectives, preparing and maintaining all required administrative reports and documentation, maintaining knowledge of trends and developments in the field and maintaining all certifications, meeting with students, staff members and other educators to discuss students instructional programs and other issues impacting the progress of students, managing and submitting purchase requests and maintaining classroom supplies. Duties include a flexible schedule of lecture, student advisement and registration.
